Make Workouts Fun For Kids

I think we can all admit that we feel better after a workout. There are some of us that still struggle with the motivation to start a workout. Working out is important for all ages and levels of ability. Our workouts may not all look the same but as long as we show a good example to the next generation we can count it as a win.
We won’t ask if you are old enough to remember the Chicken Fat song that played in schools to get kids moving (look it up for a fun laugh). We do think it’s a great idea to have fun when working out. Crank up some tunes or make up your own song. This week is known in schools as “Read Across America” or “Dr Seuss Week”. As adults we can have fun celebrating with a Dr Seuss themed workout.
