Planning Ahead

Just like that we flipped the calendar again last week and we are preparing to change out our calendar for a new one at the end of this month. They say time flies when you are having fun, so we must be having a lot of fun at NIHCA because none of us can believe we are talking about 2022 already. However, that’s exactly what we need to do and should have been doing for the last 2 months.

Setting up your business for success requires consistently planning for the future. You plan for tomorrow, and the week after that, and the month after that.  January tends to be a big month for the fitness industry. That thing called “New Year’s Resolutions” helps the fitness industry get a boost each year. What are we doing to keep that boost from fizzling out in the weeks and months to follow?
