We had a blog post a few weeks ago about working on Y-O-U. One of the points in the blog we referenced talked directly about sleep. Sleep is incredibly important for the human body. Each of us requires a different amount of sleep and we each have a preferred time frame for our sleep. However, every one of us requires sleep! We want to know how exercise and sleep are related. Exercise can affect your sleep and in different ways. One person may end up with their sleep schedule off for days from one evening workout. While another person may not be able to get their body moving effectively to work out before sunrise. The important thing to grasp is that both exercise and sleep are important to your self-care. You need to find what works for you.
Here is an article written by Rebecca Levi and medically reviewed by Dr Sherrie Neustein, it is posted on sleep.org. Take the time to read through the article. It may open your eyes to a better night’s sleep.
