I’d like to introduce myself. My name is Tanna,
I started with NIHCA in May 2017 and I am extremely thrilled to work with the best group of ladies on the planet.
I have a lot of customer service experience from my previous employment. I worked as a customer service/insurance specialist for almost 10 years. I enjoy working with people and servicing them to make the best customer service experience.
I enjoy spending time with my now adult children, family and friends. I also enjoy being outdoors, taking rides in our sports car and watching the Minnesota Vikings and Minnesota Twins. I also work part time at a women’s clothing store and LOVE fashion!
I work as a team with the NIHCA staff to help increase the customer service we provide to fitness facilities across the nation that already work with us, help with member inquiries when they reach out to us and share the opportunity of the insurance fitness reimbursement programs with other fitness facilities. I look forward to helping continue to provide great customer service to our fitness facilities and members and building relationships with them.
